Since our digital fitness tracker templates are instantly accessible and easily shareable, refunds cannot be issued once a download link has been opened or a file has been retrieved. By finalizing a purchase, customers accept and agree to these conditions.

Physical Products

Eligible physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Packaging remains intact.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer, as all returns must go through our store.

Non-returnable items include digital files, gift cards, and certain health or personal care products.

How to Initiate a Return

After approval, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for download and printing. Always include tracking details when sending items back.

We offer complimentary return shipping for approved requests made within the 30-day period using our provided return label. No restocking fees apply to items returned in proper condition.

If a returned item shows excessive wear, damage, or missing components, adjustments to your refund may be necessary — these will be communicated before processing. Returns sent after the allowed timeframe or without authorization may be declined or subject to additional fees.

Refund Process and Timeline

Exchanges

Gift Orders

If you received an item as a gift shipped directly to you, a store credit refund may be available. Orders not marked as gifts or delivered to the purchaser will be refunded to the original payment method.
